About Us

 Established December 2020 , Metro Diner Taree was born out of a desperate need for employment for it's Host's James and Kim who had lost their previous position as Caterers due to Covid19 . Unable to find work they took a leap of faith in their small town and Hospitality backgrounds and started planning . They wanted a place that welcomed everyone , young and old , rich or poor . The answer ,  Cheap comfort food in a bright environment for a population still facing an uncertain future .  The 50's Diner theme became the obvious choice . Come and join them on their journey and experience some " good ole fashioned hospitality " today ..... 

 Open at 6am through the week ,they cater to the Tradies and early worms for their breakfast needs , right through to 5pm for the after school crowd looking for some Ice Cream or Milk Shakes after a long hot day . In between we have breakfast all day and all day favourites because no bodies watching the clock around here . Enjoy a freshly squeezed Juice or your Favourite Coffee whilst you sit and ponder what the day has to offer .
